Emergancy!!.What will happen if i stop my pill one day after ?

hey this is the start of my second month on the yasmin pill i started back on it on saturday missed one sunday and took my monday tuesday and yesterdays i had lastnite and my boyfriend came on my stomach and then put it back in..i dont take my pill at the exact time everyday..im thinking of stopping the pill 2morrow as im getting pains in my arms and i red that is a side effect so if i stop it 2day do u think i will be safe?
