Menstrual period and the moon?

hello everyone I have been reading that women that aren't using birth-control or other hormones most usually get there periods on or a day or two before or after the new moon, i used to think my cycles were slightly off each month, but then i noticed i was getting all my periods on the new moon so i looked it up some scientists believe this to be true wile others don't. well I do have to say that it goes for me I can now pinpoint my cycle pretty much to the day. my question is does this go for any other women out there or is this just coincidence thank you for your time and consideration have a great day everyone thanks again:):):)
