ORDERING A NEXUS ONE?
I have been wanting to get a Nexus One for a while now and the only thing that has been stopping me was the fact that you can't stay on your family plan. I don't want to dish out $530 for the phone so I was hoping that Google would change those requirements soon. The thing is, I need a new phone and now, making it hard for me to wait. I only want either the Nexus One or the HD2 which comes out in March and is still to LONG of a wait, so I just found out that Google reduced their "equipment recovery fee" from $350 to $150. Since they did this, I was wondering if I should go ahead and get the phone at the subsidized price (I'm eligible for an upgrade) and just cancel my service with T-mobile after a few days with the bad boy. Will I have to still pay T-mobile's ETF of $200 plus Google's $150 if I do this? Or will I have to only pay Google's $150 since I'll be canceling with T-mobile in less than 14 days? HELP! I'm not sure. Discuss...
