How to send my script to the cw network?

I have been working on my book for the past 8 years and I recently made scripts out of the book and made bios for each character. I showed a few authors my work and they said they would publish it in a heart beat, but the thing is I dont just want to write books I want to make it into a t.v. show like one tree hill, gossip girl, etc and I was wondering how would I send my work to the cw because that is my favorite network and as cheesy as this may sound there shows inspired me to try to creat my own show.
