Can i put on powderized pill to my for enhancement?

i have a enhancement pill, since the ingredient is natural and contains phytoestrogens, does it mean that it will take effect if i combine it with a cream or oil? one thing that bothers me is the kelp ingredient..i don't know if this would help in the application or it would alter the effect..please help, more thanks!
