Help keeping things exciting at my friend's new place.?

So we've had a few really great parties, but when it isnt a party people tend to leave early, more than likely because theyre bored. i dont blame them really because if we're not playing pong we're smokin and playing 360. anyone got any ideas to generate a little more entertainment into their apartment?
