In the simplest term...Sigmund Freud and Psychoysis?

Can someone please describe the Psychoytic Model for me please. I am in this customer service cl and I had to do a research on Sigmund Freud in relations to understanding people...(didn't know customer service ran this deep but anyways)...the lecturer practically gave me a half of day to put together a biography about him and what he contributed to the world of psychology. Now many of you may think oh you're just being lazy but it's not that, I've done as much research as I can but when you have no clue or not much knowledge about the world of psychology you can be get VERY CONFUSED in trying to understand all of the many different terminologies. I've got the where he grew up and what his career was but just how to put into a summary exactly what he's famous for in psychology, I keep running across this psychoysis theory but I can't find a clear simple understanding of what it's based on and about... I'm finding difficulty with this. Can someone help me please?
