My laptop screen flickers balck fo a split second when i move the screen or wobble it?

hey so it flickeres down the bottom half of the screen. My stupid cousin dropped it ages ago on carpet and it didnt have problems then do you think its fixable???? Im 13 and dont know much about computers and my laptop is fairly new and cost my dad alot of money what should i Do?
