Opening and playing .iso files?

i have 2 games in .iso files i kow as much as you need a program to burn them to a disc then play them off the discs well my computer uses something called power2go to do this and i used it the one game which is about 250 mb burned to a disc no problem but won't play off the disc and the second which is about 5,500 mb says not enough space on disc what program do i need to get them burned so they will play on my computer and is it possible to get one that you can take the larger files and split them into 2 discs so i can ply the larger game aswell and once i get the program how do i make it work thanks
