Why isnt my "insert checked contacts" option working?

Our band Sister Trish uses yahoo to connect with our fans and right now im in serious need of help.When i send out mail i use bcc but when i click insert contacts and check receptiants names then click insert checked contacts nothing happens. The insert box closes but no names or mail addys show up anywhere.Any ideas?
