How do i find out whether a suit is filed in the court of law with respect to a said site/property?

i intend to purchase a site/property & am satisfied with the doents but i have a doubt if there are any legal suits filed with respect to the said property.How do i find it if inspite of me giving a publication in a local newspaper have not received any objections
